Assignment requirements and inclusions

B. For the body of your posting:
a. Write a brief summary of the article or video that you selected.
b. If it was successful: select 1 of the 5 human resource management functions. Identify how the local culture and customs might affect the way in which the function is performed in that market.
c. five core functions: staffing, development, compensation, safety and health, and employee and labor relations. Within each of these core functions, HR conducts a wide variety of activities.
d. If it was unsuccessful: briefly identify the reason(s) for failure. Could the human resource managers in the situation have operated differently to provide the company with a better opportunity to succeed in the market? If so, how?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
