The readings suggest that the likelihood of chemicals being used against agricultural production by terrorists or terrorist states are not very high. There is only one documented use of a chemical being used by a country to attack another. This country was the United States during the Vietnam War when it used Agent Orange and other chemicals to spray the jungle canopy and the crops of the Communist North Vietnamese.
Research and identify the effects of the use of Agent Orange in the Vietnam War. This should include:
