Problem

Now that you have created the new policies and procedures, processes, strategies and KPI's, you have been directed by management to hold a team meeting with your team and discuss the new measures that will be put in place

The following points must be covered in the meeting:

i. Discuss the team purpose

ii. Responsibilities and accountabilities of each team member and as a team and how these will assist in meeting the organizations goals and objectives

iii. Expected performance outcomes and how the team will be supported

iv. Identify and resolve any work performance problems

v. Provide encouraging feedback to the team and reward individuals and team for efforts and contributions they have made so far.

vi. Discuss how team members can participate and take on responsibilities within the team.
