Compose a scholarly paper that explores any major Fortune 500 company that in 2018 implemented an important change within their respected industries, excluding major management changes.
For this discussion, students will reflect on the course learning outcomes.
• Identify and explain various reasons for change.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of effective leadership during the change process.
• Contribute to the development of organizational change strategies by outlining the assumptions, benefits, and limitations of different models and approaches that can be used. Apply a Change Management approach and techniques to a real change initiative. Explain the complexity of the change initiative and the support necessary for the approach.
