Problem
Research a United States Supreme Court case (these are called opinions) that deals with a criminal issue. This is not restricted to any certain year, so use your imagination. In the case it will mention the findings and verdicts of lower courts. (Once on the site, click on "Opinions of the Court" then you can select a year).
For this part of the problem, discuss the following:
• Identify your case, make sure it is a criminal case, not a civil case!
• Give the specifics of the case.
• Identify and explain the rulings of the lower courts.
• What were the conclusions of the case?
