Question: Identify and describe an actual or emerging problem, within a system of interest. The problem should be one in which unexpected and/or undesired results develop, especially as time passes, in connection with feedback within the system. Why is it a dynamic problem exhibiting feedback? What are the key model elements that likely will need to be considered in modeling the problem? Does at least one part of the problem exhibit reinforcing feedback while another part exhibits balancing feedback?
