Problem
You will continue to develop the background section of your project. Building upon the problem statement, you will explain to your reader why the problem you have selected deserves study. You will accomplish this by presenting the background data that you located via the data sources described.
Task
1) Identify and define a problem, practice, or issue appropriate for critical analysis or critique that is central to the field of criminal justice.
2) Execute a literature review, research design, and approach to analysis appropriate for a policy or procedural analysis using the South University Online Library and other appropriate sources.
3) Critique a policy or procedural problem.
