When working with clients with health risks and/or disease, it is important for the client to have self-management interventions to use in between sessions and after treatment has terminated. In your initial post, in 500 words or more, describe the central role that the client will play in managing his/her condition. Next, identify a self-management intervention to monitor symptoms, medication, and/or stressors for Marcus. Justify your choice with at least one scholarly source.
