Identify a real quality problem in a typical ABA clinic for Autistic children. Draft a one-page charter for kicking off a hypothetical (or not!) improvement project. Include the following elements:
1. A problem statement
2. Project scope
3. Estimated timeline for hitting major milestones, i.e. when will you plan to complete the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control phases
4. Project team (not by name but by role in the organization)
