Identify a potential project within your own organization which needs to be accomplished. For that project write a charter which includes the four factors noted in the text: time, cost, scope and performance. Then, identify the stakeholders – anyone who has an investment in the outcome of the project. Explain why each stakeholder has an interest in the project. Lastly, note all the potential pitfalls of the project that can be identified at the start of the project.
