Problem
"In thinking about the characteristics of a data driven counseling or human services organization, please address the following:
1) Identify a counseling or human services program that is designed to address a particular need you might encounter as a counseling or human services manager. (Do not use the example provided in the book or one that your classmate shared).
2) Identify at least two activities aimed at addressing the problem in the program.
3) Identify the outputs, outcomes, and impacts that the program is designed to address.
4) Be sure to share examples to support your ideas. Do not forget to support your postings and replies with APA style and provide details to support your claims. You can also list your ideas but be sure to write out information using full sentences and appropriate grammar.
