Question: I Need help!
- I work at a water company in my country and now my company has a project that is the construction of a smart water meters factory. The factory will be managed independently of Epal (the company i work for). However, I was asked to make a kind of factory organizational project (organization chart, functions and assignments, number of people required, academic level required, mission and vission of the company, strategic plan) basically prepare a dossier of the future factory, kind of, presenting the factory on paper and ppt.
- You will not need the design of the factory, just the factory's administrative plan.
- The extra information that i have for the future factory is that the factory wil have an president, an general director. do not need so many directors.
- You can find out how is constitued an factory company, what its need to have for its administration, kind of small business.how you can help me with this?
