I know companies that conduct business globally would benefit to learn the cultures of different countries. It is the companies that do not conduct business globally that are handicapped, because I think it would be beneficial to all companies to offer training so employees can learn information about different cultures because our world is so diverse. I am intrigued to learn the differences in cultures and why they conduct personal and professional business in different manners. I have noticed on several occasions at business meetings, you will see people of the same nationality eat lunch together and take their breaks together, I wonder if we take the time so learn each other's culture would our frame of mind change.
