Reflect on a time when you were part of a team working to reach a common goal. This may be during your professional or educational career. For your main post, consider your role on the team.
a) Which of the different roles you learned about in this module most applied to your role?
b) Was your team successful?
c) How did your role contribute to the team's success in achieving the goal?
After your main post, respond to two of your classmates' posts about their experience. Consider the following in your response:
a) Have you taken on a similar role on a team? If yes, did you have a similar experience on the team? Explain.
b) If not, have you worked with a team member who took on that role? Reflect on your experience. How did both your roles help the team? Did you work well together? Explain.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
