- Determine your personality type from the 16 specified types.
- Conduct a Google search to explore more about your identified type.
Address the following questions in your journal:
1. Do you feel the type is accurate? Why or why not?
2. How does understanding your personality type enhance your ability to work effectively in groups, especially within the human services profession?
