Discussion Post: Leveraging the Value of Creativity in an Innovative Culture
• It is said that everyone has native creative capabilities. They are more recognizable when framed within one of the forms of creative intelligence. Offer an example from your own personal/professional experience of an innovative outcome that was brought about by one (or several) forms of creative intelligence.
• It is often said that people in companies either think like "managers" or think like "entrepreneurs." In a few sentences, consider how you would classify some of the founders of innovative companies (those featured in FastCompany, or any of the Inc. 500 companies) for ways they perform their entrepreneurial vs managerial roles?
