Homework: Selecting Coaching Models
You have been introduced to several different coaching models. Now you will have the opportunity to describe how you might implement one of the models in a real-world situation. You will be asked to reflect on the coaching model you selected and consider how the outcome would change if a different coaching model was selected.

Task
To complete your Homework, review the four coaching models discussed this week.
Compose a cohesive document that addresses the following:
1) Describe a scenario that has occurred or might occur and demonstrates how you would apply the coaching model that is the most effective for you and your organization.
2) Reflect on the model selected. Was this the best model for the scenario? Why or why not?
3) How would the outcome change if you had chosen a different coaching model for the scenario?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
