Overview
In an online community of inquiry, discussions are collaborative learning experiences. The intentional interaction with one's peers heightens the experience of the three presences: social, teaching, and cognitive. Gleaning from each other builds knowledge and enhances skill. The back-and-forth of dialog enhances understanding and broadens the perspective of a topic under consideration. Often, connections on topics made with peers could develop into collaborative projects in professional settings outside the virtual community of inquiry. Keep the conversation going.
