Topic: Using Earned Value Analysis
Thread: Read the case Using Earned Value Analysis to Monitor a Project's Progress and answer the questions asked at the end of the case. If you were an assistant to the project manager, Mr. Krish Patel, how would you help in monitoring the project using EVA?
