Exercise - Organizational Culture
Think about either your current job or one that you held previously. How would you describe the organizational culture? What types of value, beliefs, and traditions were there? What type of climate existed? Compare this culture to that of another job. If you have not had enough work experience, think about the culture of two classes you have had or about two clubs you have belonged to.
