i. First, define the meaning of cycle time and then determine how many hours they would need to work in a month to have a cycle time of at least 6 minutes.
ii. If the total work content for giving a service to one customer is about 24.08 m help them to define the number of staff required in the service line
iii. The service they provide consists of 8 separate tasks, shown below. How would you allocate these tasks to different stages? (divide them based on the number of stages/staff calculated in part.
