How would the business memo look like

Assignment task:

For this case scenario, you are taking on the persona of Ms. Tess Smith, an Organizational Development Specialist, for Cobb Medical Center. The Medical Center has a well-established Wellness Clinic that has been in operation since 1993. The Clinic provides routine health screenings for employees and their dependents as well as health promotion and disease prevention/management programs. St. Mary's Health Center is currently experiencing annual, double-digit increases of more than 18-20 percent in medical claims costs for its' health plan. There was some initial success in reducing the costs by educating staff and others on the most prevalent chronic diseases and lifestyle changes to improve their overall health. However, the cost are going up again as staff fall back into old habits and management is considering a more permanent change by eliminating the Clinic. Management believes that the employees, spouses, and other covered family members can get care from providers in the insurance plans allowing them to cut the cost associated with having to operate the Clinic. These funds can be diverted to other areas/projects. You have been asked to identify what type of resistance the Center can anticipate, and then develop strategies to mitigate these. Be sure to consider individual and organizational barriers.

This will be to the attention of Ms. Dana Foster, CEO of Cobb Medical Center, that identifies the resistance the Center can reasonably expect and from whom with supporting rationale. In addition, you are to propose strategies to mitigate the anticipated resistance to closing of the Wellness Clinic should this alternative be implemented.
