Evans (2017) stated, "empowerment means giving someone power-granting the authority to do whatever is necessary to satisfy customers and trusting employees to make the right choices without waiting for management approval" (p. 366).
If you were a new manager, how will you implement empowerment with your staff? Substantiate your answer.
