YouTube Video: "Extrinsic vs Intrinsic Motivation".
In this activity, you will view two different situations in which intrinsic and extrinsic motivation plays an important role. After watching the video answer the following questions:
a) Compare the two situations in the video and tell who you relate to more, Tom or Mira. Do you listen to your heart or the voices of society in decision-making?
b) How will you design your classroom environment so that your students are extrinsically motivated?
c) How will you cultivate intrinsic motivation in the classroom?
