6. Futuristic View of How HR Technology Can Contribute to Growth and Content Markets - Exploration of application of platforms, technology integration with other organizational platforms, mobile, analytics, simple user experiences.

7. Innovation Comes to HR with Performance Management - What are the primary roles and functions of the new, bold CHRO/SBP? How does the CHRO/SBP transform and upskill the HR Team? How can the CHRO/SBP drive a view into the future, specifically within the global market?
