Discussion Post: Inventory Management
Focus on inventory management. Research inventory management systems that you could use for your product. Keep in mind Lean manufacturing. Choose one and include an evaluation of the decision rationale for the type of inventory system it is based upon, e.g. logistics, distribution etc. How will this system avoid dead stock? Avoid spoilage? Or save on storage costs?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
