In the Nineties, Ireland emerged as the "Celtic Tiger" (as described beginning on page 7 of the case); specifically, Ireland was able to improve its economy dramatically. Based on your analysis of the information presented on pp 7-10 in this case, please answer the following questions:
o How was this phenomenon reflected in Ireland's economic and related statistics and any other results as described in the case?
o What reasons are identified in the case for this vastly improved performance?
