Here is the thing, no one and I mean no one should have a semi auto gun period. If you think about it those weapons were made for mass destruction like war/ this is something that some people just can't get through their head that this is not needed for projection. We need protection from this. This type of weapon has destroyed countless lives and I mean countless. There is no reason what so ever to even have this.
There are countless measures to be taken and one of them is making sure that no one gets their hands on another one. They in my mind need to be outlawed.
But we all know that will not happen. So in the interim, both parties need to come to an agreement, that better background checks, longer wait times and verification of mental health.. which all entities need to talk to each other , country wide, no ifs, ands or buts.
Until that happens then we just as human beings need to watch out for each other, if you see something , say something.
