Case study (developed by SHRM) of a company DRA PS, and its Training Solutions Division which is undertaking a major contract in support of a government agency. In phase 1 (Creating the training academy), the Training Solutions Division of this matrix managed organization must add new employees to support the new $6M contract. In a matrix managed organization, how is the addition of new employees determined? How to you determine which positions may need recruitment efforts implemented? What are some of the positions you may need to recruit? Why?
