How to respond with out being bias

Problem

Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace/practice as a future advanced practice nurse (APN) and educator begins with personal self-reflection. One must be aware of potential biases and distinguish between personal feelings and facts. According to Tracy and O'Grady (2019), APNs must constantly practice self-awareness and become exquisitely sensitive to their own hidden biases, which aids in developing a strong moral compass. The presence of dignity is required to foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is demonstrated by allowing people to express themselves freely and without judgment. The interaction between the provider and the patient should not be influenced by race, religion, gender, or disability.By establishing patient care in this manner, inclusion is demonstrated by allowing the individual to feel like they belong in the environment. Diversity efforts are ineffective without inclusion. How to respond with out being bias? Provide references.
