This requires

1. Selecting a fish to grow and harvest. It could be seasonal since the temperature gradient is not strong all year and the farm would be towed to a better location.

2. Decide how to catch and keep the fish fresh. A holding tank is one but you can use a filet system which prepares the fish for the supermarket and keeps it fresh with chilling/ice.

3. Loading the catch on the transfer boat.

The renewable energy could supply the power for operating the 1. harvest pump, and the 2. filet system and the 3. chiller.

So you can estimate the power required for 1+ 2+ 3 on the basis of kw/kg fish. and from the capacity of your farm kg-fish estimate the total power (kW) for harvesting.= Total kg fish farm x (1+2+3). Since the fish are harvested at the end of their growth cycle, you will have a schedule of 1+2 and a 24-7 schedule for 3 the chilling cooling.
