• if doing a PowerPoint presentation, do Your Slides Pass the Glance Test
• Structure Your Presentation Like a Story

As you can see we are looking at a component of effective communication each week in our attempt to demonstrate how important communication is in so many forms in an organization. When you are thinking about doing your final homework, think of yourself as a supervisor in an organization, and a problem that you have detected concerning truly communicating the intended message to the entire organization. If you take this approach, you can take all of the materials and develop a very good project. Remember, you don't have to just do a written presentation, but you could do a PowerPoint presentation. Your presentation is to a Board of Directors or the CEO of the organization. If you do a PowerPoint, I want a voice over where you are making a audio presentation. The PowerPoint must have in text citations in each slide, and you must document your information with the reference slide at the end. If you want to do a PowerPoint presentation, with no voiceover, you may do so, but it must have speaker notes with references in the speaker notes explain each slide in detail, as well as a reference page at the end.

Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:

• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.

• The response also includes a cover page containing the student's name, the title of the homework, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

• Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
