Demonstrate progress on a specific topic or goal to develop competency in nursing practice. Must use the CNO template. Follow the CNO QA guidelines. You must select 1 learning goal to work on during the semester. They cannot include topics that are already a part of the course expectations. Answer the following: • What do you want to learn or achieve this semester? (Objective) • Why do you want to learn it? (Rationale) • How are you going to learn it? (Strategy) • You will present your completed learning plan in post-conference during week 11/12.
