Working at Disney I think would be an amazing job. Personally, I have been to Disney a handful of times and plan to take my daughter within the next few months. I think Disney is a place for all ages and has something for everyone to enjoy. I think because Disney is so large, it would be very possible for scheduling issues or a lack of communication between employees and employer. On Disney's website corporate culture is very thoroughly expressed. I think it's great that their website showed the various positions available, focusing on leadership, environment, heros and philanthropy. I learned that Disney teaches English to children In China with a program called Disney English. Disney also offers other international programs. I think it's very humbling when a large company such as Disney expresses the importance for culture and their respect for culture. According to Disney, in a recent 2017 CSR update, "Corporates social responsibility at Disney, corporate social responsibility refers to our broad efforts to conduct our business and create our products in an ethical manner, and provide comfort, happiness, and inspiration to families around the world." I think it is great that Disney also finds the importance of being ethical when dealing with different cultures and various backgrounds of the world. Overall I think working at Disney would be an amazing opportunity and it would really be like working at the happiest place on earth.
