How a company employees and management interact

Discussion:

"Corporate culture refers to the beliefs and behaviors that determine how a company's employees and management interact and handle outside business transactions. Often, corporate culture is implied, not expressly defined, and develops organically over time from the cumulative traits of the people the company hires" (Staff, 2017). We have actually studied Disney culture. Many people laugh that a dental office would study Disney but Disney works to make the entire experience from parking lot entrance to parking lot exit a magical experience for its guests. This is the type of experience that every business strives for in some way or another. Disney requires specific behavior of their employees. Even those employees that work in the Disney stores here in Lima, Ohio must follow certain procedures. My favorite part is when they say "Have a magical day". Disney has standards of how they maintain every part of their brand, they have standards of behavior of the employees, and together these standards create what you and I experience. "Disney's success is based on the merits of our products and services, not gifts we give or receive" (The Walt Disney Company, 2012). I've attached the link for the Standards of Busines Conduct from 2012.
