To better engage learners in programs within Central Texas and Bell County, effective delivery modalities should be varied and adult-learner-centered, combining both online/digital options and in-person learning approaches. Two such delivery modalities used here locally are the Face-to-Face (In-person) Instructional method, which allows for a classroom setting for direct interaction, immediate feedback, and community building. This is a highly effective method for adult learners who may prefer a structured, in-person environment. Another method is the Blended Learning (Hybrid) method, which combines elements of in-person and online instruction (e.g., a mix of classroom time and independent online study).
