Obtaining and keeping good tenants in your rental properties is imperative if you are going to be successful. Having tenants move out each year can be expensive (rehab cost, vacancies, etc. )
If you have ever rented a home or an apartment, what was the best experience you ever had with a landlord? What was the worst experience you ever had. Based on that, what things will you do to attract and retain good tenants?
