Problem: Law & Constitutional Rights
Students are to find a scholarly article related to laws and Constitutional rights. This topic is purposely broad so that students have the liberty of finding an article of interest. Students are to then write a 2 to 3 page analysis on said article. The analysis should include a synopsis of the article, the strengths and weakness of the article and how the information may or not may not contributed to understanding crime.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
