Homework: Investigation
This homework will require you to conduct research. You can use the following resources: textbook, Internet or KU library database. You will need to find two quality references on crime scene procedures. Write 2 pages paper that addresses the following topics:
o Summarize and identify your articles/research.
o Describe how to conduct an effective crime scene investigation. Be sure to include the steps necessary for: photography/video taking the crime scene, note taking, and rough sketch.
o Create at least three recommendations on how police departments can improve their ability to conduct effective crime scene investigations.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
