• Interview a current leader regarding his/her leadership style, theory, model and/or construct. Inquire how, or if, this has developed over the course of his/her career. What has been most influential in the development of his/her style? Include at least 2 more questions of your design.
Part IV:
• Compose a statement of personal leadership style based on theory.
