Assignment task: Social media is a growing component in healthcare. At least 60% of people on social media trust physicians and the information that they post. Hospitals are using Twitter and Facebook to post news, events, education, and services. Additionally, Medical offices are utilizing social media for the same reasons. An additional component is patient interaction and engagement is important for referrals to the medical office or facility for new patients to grow the patient. Other factors of communication include improved communication and engagement with people.
