Mr. Einstein's question. Be sure to comment on the fact that this is a class action lawsuit.? Remember that the class is made of people who get annoying phone calls - what is their economic loss?? If the jury penalizes the company, how much will each person get? Who will get all of the money? Also, incorporate the ethical foundations discussed in the course.
