Visit a supermarket, health food store or natural food store and make a list of five (5) foods they have with organic labels. (For example: fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, packaged foods, frozen, dairy, etc.) Next find comparable "normal" products and compare: price, ingredients (if available), and other additives (also if available). If possible, you can also compare taste (if the budget permits). Questions to consider: Where and when did you go? How much more expensive are the organic products? Does it seem worth the extra money? Can you explain why organic products are better (or are they)?
