Homework: Reflection on Learning
Purpose
The purpose of this activity is to deepen learning through reflective inquiry. It will allow for expansion in self-awareness, identification of knowledge gaps, and assessment of learning goals.
Learning Outcomes
This assessment enables the student to meet the following course outcomes:
i. Examine the role of the DNP-prepared nurse in leading financial planning and management across healthcare settings.
ii. Formulate a needs-based organizational assessment to inform strategic leadership decision-making.
iii. Develop strategies to lead project planning, implementation, management, and evaluation to promote high value healthcare.
