The SPSS data represent 100 samples of size n = 50 from a normal population with a mean of 500 and a standard deviation of 100. Calculate a 95% confidence interval for the mean for each of the 100 samples.
How many (and which) of the confidence intervals do not contain the true population mean of 500?
Save your SPSS viewer file (remember SPSS will supply the *.spv extension). Copy and paste your output into a Word document.
Then summarize your findings in the same word document. Be sure to note in your response which of the confidence intervals do not contain the true population mean of 500. Write up your findings in APA style.
