Assignment: Assess the Creation of a Cultural Diversity
Length: 5 to 7 pages.
Write a paper in which you assess what a CEO has done to change the culture and direction of a corporation by the application of leadership and strategic vision that embraces cultural diversity. Choose an organization from outside research that has effectively changed the organization's culture and direction through strong leadership skills and strategic vision. How has this leader incorporated diversity into the new culture of the organization? What were some of the barriers this leader faced when changing to this type of diverse culture? On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate the strategies that the CEO used? Why would you give that rating? You should be able to find information in our Northcentral library, on the Internet, in newspapers or community publications, local government websites, special interest advocacy groups.
