How has Congressional agenda setting changed over time? Using the datasets and trending tools available from the Policy Agendas Project (UT at Austin) evaluate a policy trend in Congress. Choose at least one topic, like education or the environment, but compare and contrast studies like the one shown below can be very indicative of Congress' priorities.
