Address the following:
a. In this course, you assessed influencing tactics as well as different types of power-legitimate, reward, coercive, referred, expert, connection, and information. While considering approaches to organizational leadership you have covered in this unit and the results of the self-assessment you completed, discuss which approaches to organizational leadership you have used over the last five years.
i. How effective have those approaches been and what did you learn?
