- Identify two or three firms with which your company competes:
- Discuss how each has positioned, or tried to position, themselves, in their industry.
- Are there positions in the industry that are more attractive than others?
- What strategies do each of these rivals pursue?
- What are their financial performances?
- Identify characteristics that differentiate the companies from each other
o quality/price
o geographic coverage
o vertical integration
o product line breadth
o distribution, or service.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
