The average American woman is a size 14, yet that is not the size most frequently sold or the size of our ideal. The average man's waist is 38, but the most frequently sold size is 34. Read the information, watch the plus size video advertisements and answer two questions. Use what you have read or learned about attitude, perception and ideal self.
